The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of various Horizon 2020 projects. More specifically, his/her duties will include:

• Coordinating the implementation of multiple large scale and mission critical projects, taking on responsibility for their progress and successful completion
• Maintaining project plans, chairing and facilitating project meetings and producing project update reports
• Writing of deliverables within the framework of projects implemented by the Institute.
• Representing the Institute in workshops in Serbia and abroad
• Managing the Preparation of proposals
• Building Relationships/Consortia with corporate and academic partners from all over Europe.

Your profile:
In order for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties of the job, you should possess the following:

• Post-graduate qualification (MSc and/or PhD) in agricultural studies and/or IT/engineering/environmental sciences or related field. In case of absence of post-graduate qualifications, a combination of Bachelors degree and long-term relevant experience would be considered.
• Proven experience in a similar role, in terms of having senior role in managing EU-funded projects in thematic fields related to ICT, agriculture and/or other relevant fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Working in international environment (eg outside Serbia) will be considered an asset
• Excellent drafting, coordination and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management ability and a conscientious approach to deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
